Renovated and decorated in vintage style cottage "L'Hort Verd", translated the green garden, is wonderfully pretty and peaceful surroundings in a 40th 000 m2 property situated. Like an oasis the country house is surrounded by a garden with local plants and trees in the heart of rural land.
The spacious landscaped terraces provide natural shade, both in the pool area, as well as relaxation or dining area, but also a shadow spendener sunscreen is available in the relax and dining area.
Inmidst the gardens is the 9 x 9 m large swimming pool with sun loungers. You can reach the pool from the garden over a view steps, or from the first floor over a bridge. The terraces are fully furnished with outdoor furniture.
On the ground floor are the entrance hall, the spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen with dining table and seating for up to eight, and the living room with comfortable sofas. A big glass door from the living area as well as from the dining area leads to the terraces and garden.
Two bedrooms with in suite bathroom are downstairs. Special feature of the ground floor bedrooms: you get into the back bedroom through the front bedroom, which is perfect for families with children.
A staircase between sleeping and living area leads to the upper floor. Here are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. The master bedroom on the first floor is very spacious, the view from here is magnificent. Also the fourth double double bedroom has a beautiful views. From the upper floor you can get over a modern bridge to the elevated pool. For early risers, the first time after rising like a swim in the pool that is an incomparable sensation. There is a an further shower room at the pool area.

L'Hort Verd is a renovated vintage-style villa conveniently located in the center of the island, just 800 meters away from Sencelles, the village that disposes of all necessary services like supermarket and baker, as well as cafeterias and restaurants is easily reached on foot. The small picture-pretty village of Biniali is just 4 km away, the next larger town of Inca is called with restaurants, boutiques, shops, the leather town 10 Km and the port city of Palma with its 'myriad' shopping and cultural activities is equally quickly in 20 minutes by car to reach. The landscape in the vicinity of the house is dominated by the vineyards of some of the most important wineries of the island.
Estate - Sencelles - Nearby Cities - Distance to the beach - TV - Wi-Fi: From the cottage you can walk a good walk to Sencelles, or you are with the a few minutes in the cute little place Biniali. In the vicinity there are several interesting wineries, the landscape is characterized by extensive vineyards. Palma is only 15 to 20 minutes, the nearest beach is located in Palma, but also the beaches of the North and of the other island regions are often less than a 30 minutes' ride. The property offers peace and relaxation in a rural setting, but at the same time provides easy access to Sencelles, Inca and Palma with the chance to enjoy the excitement of city life on the island.

Booking
1. The conclusion of the lease is concluded by the reservation confirmation of Mallorca My Home.
2.The agreed rental price is inclusive of ancillary costs. Electricity or heating costs will be charged according to consumption, if it is expressly mentioned as extra costs in the binding offer and the booking confirmation.
3. The payment of the rent is made to Mallorca My Home. At the conclusion of the contract 1/2 of the total price is due as a down payment, the remainder 60 days before arrival by bank transfer.
4. A cancellation by the guest must always be in writing.
In case of withdrawal up to 60 days, the deposit will be retained. Should a replacement booking be possible, the deposit will be refunded less a cost contribution based on the amount of the expenses incurred.
For cancellations of rental properties from 59 to 7 days, 90% of the total rent, with resignation of 6 to 0 days 100% is due.
5. The guest is liable for those of him, his relatives, his brought or animal
Damage caused by visitors in the rented house. He is responsible for the house during the rental period.
6. By signing the reservation confirmation, the guest accepts the validity of the booking conditions as binding.
