This spacious and new Provencal villa, located on a 140000 sqft flat ground in a spacious area, in the countryside, near by the superb region of the Alpilles and the Camargue, is set between Arles and Salon-de-Provence.
A spacious aircondtioned living room with a lounge and a dining room, a nice and fully equipped open kitchen, a cellar, a bedroom with a large double bed and an intgegrated bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin. A second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the mezzanine, you will find a double sofa-bed. Everything is very cosy, attractive and in good taste.
Two terraces, one of them is covered to take your meal in the shadow, a nice swimming pool in the middle of a very big lawn and flower beds. The place is calm and quiet, perfect to have a rest or to go visit Arles, the Camargue, the Baux de Provence and the Alpilles as well as the sea, the Côte Bleue or the big beaches of Ste Marie de la Mer. The nearby pond allows fishing and disposes of a sailing club.
