The house comprises just one floor although you'll find also a top terrace where you will be able to enjoy the sun beams. When you enter, you meet a spacious living - dining room with TV and AC. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, AC and space to enjoy your meals there. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with a closet. Two of them offer a double bed and one has twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. There's no AC in the bedrooms but the unit in the hallway will help to cool the atmosphere. Finally, there are 9 radiators as well as a baby cot and a high chair in the house.
This fantastic chalet not only has the beach a few steps away but also you can enjoy the good weather in its exterior area. The garden offers beautiful corners where you can sunbathe, on the lawn or on the 4 sunloungers. Later, you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower or take a nice dip in the above-ground pool that sizes 3 x 3 metres and is 1.1 metres deep.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
Pets are not allowed.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. Port de Pollensa is the perfect destiny for those in love with the towns in the coast emanating history and charm. Both, Pollensa and Port de Pollensa are magic places where you will be able to breathe the peace and nature. You cannot miss the visit to El Calvari. the beach is only 800 metres from the house and the golf course is about 10 km.
2 weeks prior to arrival you will receive your itinerary that will lead you from the airport to your holiday home.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
