This two-storey beach house consists of two bedrooms on the ground level, one with queen size bed and one with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower. The upper floor has a spacious, luminous living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a WC. There are two balconies, a ground floor veranda, a large patio and lots of garden space.
The thick white sandy beach is at a very close distance (walking) and our guests enjoy a well-catered garden, a large gazebo, designated parking space, reliable & unlimited wi-fi.

It's a summer residential area and an amazing crystal water beach is at 200 metres away.
The area is 3km from Ierissos town, that offers lots of restaurants, bars, cafeterias, shops, large supermarkets (Masoutis & Lidl), ATMs, pharmacy etc.
As soon as you reach Ierissos town from Gomati (Thessaloniki direction) you turn left at the traffic light and go on for 3.1 km. There you see signs of 'Naftilos' or 'Ναυτίλος' house complex turning right on the main road. You follow the main dirt road for few hundred metres, you pass a small concrete bridge and here you are. On your left is the entrance of the summer complex. You use the provided remote control to lift the bar and house is right in the parking on your left.
There is alternative road coming from Egnatia Highway, recommended for guests coming from the north part of Thessaloniki and Greece. You follow the exit to Stavros, you go on to Olympiada and the follow the signs to Ierissos town. Almost 3 km before reaching Ierissos you find the left turn of 'Naftilos' or 'Ναυτίλος' house complex.
