The holiday apartment is 4th floor without elevator with breathtaking view of the sea and the port of Nice. The living room has a large Fauve leather sofa, an armchair to relax in and is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi connection. The large table will welcome you with 4 high chairs Open to the living room, the contemporary kitchen has everything you need to cook the various typical dishes of Nice. There is a large fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, 4 hotplates, a microwave, an oven, all under a large worktop. Located with an incredible view of the sea and the port, shaded by royal palm trees, the bright bedroom offers a Queen double bed with its bedside tables and lamps. There is a walk-in closet to gently store all your clothes. The incredible and spacious bathroom has a sublime antique lion's foot bathtub, a toilet, a large sink with its cabinet and mirror.
