Visit of large and small cultural cities, cycling, biking, hiking (marked routes lead past the property), jogging, swimming. Activities such as horseback riding, tennis and golf in the middle distance, our holiday house is a special place for private family parties or small self-organized groups.
This historic farmhouse is located in the midst of vineyards close to the wine town of Montespertoli and the Colli Fiorentini wine road. The country house has 2 hectares of cultivated land with a vineyard and an olive grove. Its panorama is exceptional.
In the child-friendly garden there is a private well-kept swimming pool (6x12m) with sunbathing lawn and a large panoramic terrace on which you can relax and enjoy the sunsets with a good wine.

The following terms apply to a definite reservation:
- The contract begins with the booking.
- 30% of the rental price is to be paid upon receipt of the rental confirmation = reservation.
- The remainder of the rent is to be paid 42 days before the start of the stay.
- In the case of a short-term booking of 42 days or less, the entire rental amount has to be paid immediately after receipt of the rental confirmation = reservation.
Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. Many drivers are in possession of a protection letter including travel cancellation insurance.
Rescission:
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
Deposit, less than 42 days before rental, the total rental price. The former tenant has the possibility to offer an equivalent substitute tenant and has to indemnify him. The substitute tenant requires the consent of the landlord.
