Holiday home in the style of a farmhouse adjacent to the owner's house. Ideal accommodation for 2 couples or parents with big children. There is a kitchen/living room and upstairs 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is 1 with a double bed (200x140 cm) and shower bath/WC and the second bedroom is 1 with a double bed (200x140 cm) and 1 single bed (200x90 cm) with shower bath/WC.
There is also a private car park outside the site. Closed garden and patio on enclosed common property (possible passage to mow the garden). Bed linen is provided (beds are made on arrival), towels are provided. All fees included.

At La Rochelle, take the N11 in the direction of Niort/Nantes. Turn right towards the Beaulieu/Puilboreau/Luçon shopping centre. In Puilboreau, follow direction Saint-Xandre/Luçon and in Saint-Xandre, follow direction Villedoux/Luçon. At the exit of Saint-Xandre,1 km, then take Trente Vents on your left.

Cancellation by the customer:
Any cancellation must be notified to the Reservation Service by registered mail. a/ You benefit from cancellation insurance: please refer to the attached insurance form. b/ You do not benefit from cancellation insurance: for any cancellation by the client, the refund by the Reservation Service, except for the reservation fees, will be made as follows:- Cancellation before the 21st day of the holiday Cancellation up to the 21st day before the start of the stay: the amount of the deposit referred to in article 4 will be retained and the balance refunded if it has been paid on the day of cancellation;- Cancellation between the 20th day before the start of the stay cancellation between the 20th and 8th day before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental price and the amount of services directly related to the stay will be retained if the customer has chosen to make use of them;- cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental price and the amount of services directly related to the stay will be retained if the customer has chosen to make use of them;- cancellation on the day before or on the day of arrival originally stipulated in the contract or in the event of no-show: no refund.
If a different day of arrival is desired, do not hesitate to ask us.
