The ground floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a playroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms with private bathrooms. Villa Roberta is located 5 metres away from the sea near Sv. Filip i Jakov. Restaurants, cafes and shops are located near the villa and within walking distance. Visit Zadar, a beautiful coastal town, with impressive historical buildings. Today it is known for the most beautiful sunset, the sea organ and the installation "Greetings to the Sun". Must-see destinations are the islands of the Zadar archipelago and the Kornati National Park, which are special for their untouched nature.

In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
