This villa can accommodate up to 16 persons. On the ground floor of the villa there is one apartment that has three bedrooms, a spacious living room as well as an open plan dining room and a kitchen. There is an adjoining covered terrace and an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a pleasant summer meal, and if you want fresh herbs, there is a herb garden on your disposal a few steps away. The first floor has two more apartments, both with one single bed and one double bed bedroom. One apartment has a terrace with a view overlooking the pool, and the other one has a view towards the sea.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
