This ground floor vila offers an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - one of the bedrooms has a direct terrace access. When you step out to the yard from the living room area, there is a covered outside dining area, as well as a lounge corner. Kastelir is a small and peaceful village that resides only few kilometres outside the coastal cities of Porec and Novigrad. Porec is a major costal city and tourist hotspot on the western shore of Istria. It is an ancient Roman city with a 2000 year old city core filled with historical landmarks. In the historic old town the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica complex resides, famous for its gem-studded Byzantine mosaics, and there are many more old landmarks worth exploring in the city.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
