The beautiful chalet is located in a quiet residential area and it features a great terrace with Alcudia mountains views. The terrace has several corners to enjoy the good weather reading a book, sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or preparing a barbecue in the evening, the property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
From the terrace you access to a comfortable air-conditioned dining room where 6 guests can share chats and laughs. The modern living room invites to have a sit on the sofa, watch the satellite television or take a siesta. The kitchen is open to the living room and it has an electric oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a high chair and kitchen utensils among others. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. Two of them have AC and one has an en-suite with a shower. A second bathroom with a bathtub gives service to the rest of the house. We can prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby.
There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is in a quiet urbanisation, but close to the restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the bus stop at the same time. The town centre is 4.5 away from the house and the Alcanada golf course is 6 km away. If you want to go to the beach the nearest is a 10 minute walk away in Playa de Alcudia, a fine sandy beach ideal for families. More dreamy beaches can be found a few km away like Playa de Muro, Ses Capellanes in Can Picafort or Port de Pollensa.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
