With attention to detail, the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A large TV, free WiFi, bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as its own washing machine and dryer leave little to be desired. Towels and bed linen as well as a fully equipped kitchen offer a high level of living comfort.
The historic old town of Tettnang is centrally located on the doorstep, a natural experience with an exercise path and hop-growing area. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Tettnang is the ideal central starting point to discover the diverse Lake Constance region. It is not far to the city center and bus, as well as the bakery and shops, and everything is within walking distance. The historic old town lets visitors rave about it. Culture enthusiasts and nature lovers can also enjoy themselves here! The Hopfenrundwanderweg (hops trail) leads directly past the apartment, with a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. For fitness lovers, the great fitness trail is right on the doorstep
Die Anfahrt nach Tettnang liegt zentral zwischen den Städten Friedrichshafen- Lindau- und Ravensburg. Die Lage abseits des Durchgangsverkehrs verspricht ruhige und erholsame Urlaubstage.
Auf einem Hügelrücken über dem Schussental und in etwa acht Kilometern Entfernung vom Bodensee liegt Tettnang, welches auch als die „Kleine Residenz“ charakterisiert wird. Diesen Residenzcharakter bestimmen die drei Schlösser, die seit Jahrhunderten das Stadtbild prägen.
Knapp 20.000 Einwohner leben in Tettnang. Die einzigartige Landschaft zwischen dem Allgäu und dem Bodensee, mit Blick auf das „Schwäbische Meer“ und die Alpenkette liegt nahe der österreichischen und schweizer Berge und dem Allgäu und stellt eine bedeutende Obst- und Hopfenanbaugegend dar. Die gut vernetzen Wanderwege laden zum Erkunden der Landschaft ein.
Auch kulturell ist so einiges geboten. An Tettnang vorbei führt die Oberschwäbische Barockstraße, es gibt Museen und Schlösser sowie eine Handwerkstradition, die weit zurückreicht. Übers Jahr verteilt finden traditionelle Feste statt.
Sämtliche Schularten sind hier angesiedelt, allen voran die weithin bekannte Elektronikschule.
Elektronik spielt auch wirtschaftlich eine starke Rolle in der Stadt Tettnang, die einen starken Wirtschaftsstandort im östlichen Bodenseekreis darstellt. Hopfen, Obst und Spargel sowie die traumhaft schöne Kulturlandschaft prägen dennoch den Charakter Tettnangs.
Die Städte Friedrichshafen und Ravensburg liegen nur neun bzw. 13 Kilometer entfernt und sind durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung leicht und zügig erreichbar. Tettnang liegt an der Bundesstraße 467 von Ravensburg nach Kressbronn.
Es gibt einen gut strukturierten Personennahverkehr in Form verschiedener Buslinien. Bahnanbindung gibt es im nahen Meckenbeuren sowie in Friedrichshafen, während letzteres sogar einen Flughafen vorzuweisen hat.
