This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, has a comfortable and large living-dining room, where you can relax watching TV-SAT or chatting all together after an entertaining day at the beach or after eating or dining on the dining table. From here, you gain access to the kitchen which is provided with ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking with enjoyment. Likewise, you have access to the laundry that is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and another one with two single beds; both of them feature a wardrobe as well as air conditioning. Moreover, one of the dormitories also has space to allocate a crib and a high chair, in case you need it. Finally, the accommodation is completed with a shower bathroom.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. The house is located at Son Servera - Cala Millor municipality, at only some meters away from the beach. The surroundings of Cala Millor are characterized by its tourist attractions as well as its great variety of gastronomical and leisure options. Regarding the beaches of that area, there are large fine sand and crystal-clear waters beaches. The golf lovers can go to Pula Golf course or Golf de Son Servera, both of them are nearby. And you cannot miss a boat excursion through the beautiful East coast.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
