The apartment is homey and cosy, welcoming you in a spacious and luminous room, with air conditioning, where the living - dining room meets the kitchen. Here, you will find two comfortable sofas where you can rest or chat with your loved ones, a dining table for 4 people, and the open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment offers two bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed, A/C and a dresser, and the other with a single bed and a closet. The extra guest will sleep on the sofa bed. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Finally, there is one bathroom for the whole accommodation and it features a bathtub.
This fantastic apartment located on the seafront is perfect for those who love the beach. So, you now know that here you can have a delicious breakfast at the private terrace, then sunbathe for a while on one of the two sun loungers and you can also reach the beach in some minutes!

The location of this property is a privileged one, not only because of the paradisaical beach of crystal clear water and fine sand just in front of it but also because you will find all needed services for an independent stay in a walking distance, like for example, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even beach bars and pubs where you can enjoy the night life of this location. In addition, in the high season there is a bus service every 15 minutes so you can visit nearby towns like Alcudia -and its street market on Sundays- or Can Picafort. Other beaches and coves worth a visit are Cala Sant Vicenç or Puerto de Pollensa.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
