Above the Waterfront is situated on the slopes of Signal Hill and has spectacular views of the sea, coastline, stadium and the Waterfront.
It is a light and sunny two-roomed top-deck flat. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second room is a lounge with a sleeper couch which converts to a small double bed - very comfortable for one, but could sleep two!
Each room has a TV (local channels and DStv), as well as air conditioning and access through sliding doors (both with security gates) to an outside private deck with stunning views.

Due to the fact that the flatlet is on the top deck and is accessed by stairs, it is not suitable for wheelchairs and is not recommended for parents with small children as they will need parental supervision at all times, particularly on the deck.
There are many activities available in the area - the most popular of which include boat trips in the Bay, walks up Table Mountain and Lion's Head, Helicopter rides and trips to Robben Island. The Sea Point Promenade is perfect for walking and running. And the coastline along the Peninsula is great for long drives and popular amongst cyclists.
Above the Waterfront is centrally located close to the City centre, Waterfront and stadium.
It is situated in a quiet safe street and close to the hub of Green Point with its restaurants, coffee bars, shops and facilities just down the road - not to mention the Waterfront - all within walking distance.
Lying in bed you can watch the stunning sunrises in the mornings and twinkling lights of the ships at sea at night. A special feature is the view of the majestic Green Point Stadium and the famous Robben Island.
Nearby you will find the Virgin Active Gym (200 m), the Green Point Park (5 minutes walk), golf course (10 minutes walk) and the popular Waterfront (15 minutes walk).The holiday flat is also close to a private hospital.
