This special estate house was built in 1936 - it still has its original plaster outside, on the inside it has been fully refurbished and modernized. We have created a private refuge for you - all while keeping the charme of the old floorboards, box-type windows, and fittings.
The central heating, bathroom, and kitchen have been modernised. The copper boiler in the basement has been joined by a new washing machine. We have also added a microwave, wifi, and a television. Sometimes we retreat to this place, so we can work without any distractions.
A unique holiday in an authentic atmosphere.
Homey, light, and peaceful atmosphere. Non-smokers, no dogs, children from the age of around five years are welcome.
Please take a look at the review on our website, berlin-cottage.de.
For those of you who like coffee there are different coffee machines, including a Nespresso capsule machine.
In the shed there are our own bicycles (1x ladies' bike 26", 1x ladies' bike 28", and 2 x men's bikes 28"), and two older golf sets. We do not rent out both - but you are welcome to use these things (no damage claims). If you could wipe off some of the dust after use, we would appreciate it.
The best thing you can do here: first of all nothing! The property is the perfect place to "unwind", to take a breath, and to simply be here.
Meditate. Drink a glass of beer or wine. Once you have recharged your batteries, you can head out: if you are in a mood to discover the city - be it Berlin or Potsdam, alternatively you can cycle or go on a hike in the quiet Havelland.
