The bright, sunny holiday apartment for 2-6 persons is located in the attic of our house. The apartment has been decorated with great attention to detail and high quality natural wood furniture. There are 70 sqm of living space on two levels available.
Through the open gallery the apartment gets much size and space. The exposed, old roof structure of 1936 gives the apartment its special charisma.
The large panorama gallery with a panoramic view offers a fantastic view over the rooftops of the old town, the magnificent mountain panorama and the famous Neuschwanstein Castle. On the winter side you can see the illuminated ski run from the Tegelberg
There is a large table with six chairs in the panorama gallery. Already in the morning at breakfast, the view of our mountains makes you want a trip into our beautiful mountain world.
The TV corner is furnished with a large sofa bed and cocktail chairs. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and many children's DVD's available.
For the bad weather days, your children will find a large amount of Lego-Duplo, kids' DV's and social games. A variety of children's and adult books invite you to "schmöckern".
In a separate bedroom there is a double bed with a bedside table and a men's wardrobe as well as a built-in wardrobe.
On the gallery on the second floor there are two other single beds with a dessert and a chest of drawers. Bed linen is provided.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee maker, egg cooker and water cooker. Suitable dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, kitchen and table linen round out the offer.
The bright bathroom with its two windows has a bath and a shower. Towels and floor mats are available.
Wireless internet is available free of charge.

The royal crystal thermal spring in Schwangau offers many spa and relaxation facilities.
Above the Alatsee, between the mountains, on a beautiful mountain pasture at 1150 meters is the rustic country cottage Salober Alm.
A tour on the Forggensee, offers the white fleet with the ships MS Allgäu and MS Füssen.
The Pöllatschlut below Neuschwanstein castle is a popular destination.

Cancellation by the tenant
The tenant may withdraw before the start of the rental period by giving written notice to the landlord of the rental contract . This is the date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord.
If the renter returns the rental contract , he has to pay the flat-rate compensation for expenses already incurred and loss of profit in the following amount to the owner :
- Cancellation up to the 45th Day before the start of the rental period : 30 % * (but at least 25, - € )
- Cancellation up to 35 Day before the start of the rental period : 50 % *
- And then no show: 80 % * (* of the total amount )
A travel insurance is recommended to the tenant .
Tourist tax € 2.20/night for persons over 15 years of age, younger children free.
All additional costs are included in the price.
