The ground floor is distributed in an open plan lounge, dinning area with wood burning stove, kitchen with hob, oven and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a double bedroom with shower and balcony.
Inside the house, emphasis was placed on modern elements such as an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and large windows. The whole house is extremely bright and offers from every window a different beautiful view. At night you can look down on the large terrace by the illuminated pool on the sea of lights Conils and Cadiz. Here you can stroll wonderfully, spend the hot hours of siesta with a cool drink in a shady spot or enjoy a typical fish dish in the balmy summer nights.
