Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:

In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over the river Cetina in Omiš, horseback riding, cultural events or nightlife in Split.

The villa is very close to the outstanding natural phenomenon, the Blue and Red Lakes, where you can also swim. The Imotski region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Visit one of many wineries, taste delicious food, tasty local products in nice traditional restaurants - as well as the beautiful Nature Park with the source of the Vrljika River and the possibility of canoeing, quad- or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic with horse riding in Medvidovića Draga. Just 30 minutes away are numerous beaches on the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda).

The house had been restored beautifully and to a high quality. It was a perfect peaceful getaway. Mario, who owns the property was amazing - from standing out in the rain at midnight to greet us and let us in, making sure we had food for our first day (due to the late arrival) and even helping us get our daughter's shoe fixed.
