The newly furnished, non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and offers a living space of 60 m² as well as a lovely terrace with a barbecue.
The apartment has a large living and dining room, a new kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.
Parking next to the building is possible. Also parking space for bicycles is available. Bicycle rentals are available on request.

The apartment is located in the district Beurig. From here you have a magnificent view over the old town of Saarburg. Just short distances to shopping (bakers, butchers, grocery market), to hiking or biking possibilities in the nearby vineyards, wooded areas or on Saarufer.
Our apartment is located in the east of the Saar district Beurig. Please note that our road (Serriger Straße) is divided into an upper and a lower part, which is not connected. We are in the upper part of the Serriger Straße (which leads to a dead end). Access is via the main road above the church in Beurig. From there, it is the last house on the right side.

Rücktritt bis zum 45. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 20 % (mindestens jedoch 25,00 €)
Rücktritt bis zum 35. Tag vor Beginn der Mietzeit: 50 %
danach und bei Nichterscheinen: 90 %
