The village square with its inviting tavernas is only a 3-minute walk away. In the village there are mini markets, bakery, butcher, restaurants, kafenions, a riding stable, bike, motorcycle, and car rental.
The beautiful sandy beach Komo can be reached by foot in about 20 minutes or by car in 5 minutes.
Pitsidia is not far from the famous archaeological sites such as Festos, Agia Triada, and the Caves of Matala.
by plane to Heraklion. A rental car is most convenient and recommended. The bus connections to Pitsidia are good. A taxi is another possibility. Driving time about 50 minutes.
