Our house is located in the beautiful Southern Palatinate – often referred to as the Tuscany of Germany due to its frequent sunny weather. The border to France is just ten minutes away. The stunning French town of Wissembourg can be reached in fifteen minutes.
Through the courtyard gate and the typical Palatinate courtyard, you enter the house. The ground floor features a first bedroom as well as a living room with a large sliding window leading to the terrace and inner courtyard. A modern wood stove makes the room incredibly cozy even in winter.
In the former goldsmith's workshop, there is a fully equipped study with a view of the playground across the street and the beginning hiking trail to Landeck Castle.
Via the old oak staircase, you reach the first floor. This level contains two bedrooms, a small bathroom with a rain shower, and a large modern kitchen with an island and a dining area in the conservatory. Between the dining room and the kitchen, a large balcony invites you to grill or relax.
The high-quality kitchen offers all the amenities imaginable for a relaxing holiday: oven, induction cooktop with extractor, fully automatic coffee machine, refrigerator, and large freezer. The kitchen also invites larger groups to cook together and linger.
The large dining room with an extendable dining table provides ample space for everyone. Two children's chairs are available.
The bathroom with a rain shower, large mirror, and high-quality fittings is located between the bedrooms and the kitchen.
On the second floor, there is another double bed. The wool carpet and the large new skylights give the room a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The large 'master bathroom' with a rain shower and bathtub invites relaxation.
Above a ladder and over the bathroom, there is another sleeping option for children and the young at heart. The adventure can begin. The catamaran nets invite you to "chill" and play.
In the courtyard, under the lime tree, there is a whirlpool for up to four people. Here, too, you can relax well in both summer and winter, and then enjoy a glass of Palatinate wine on the terrace.

Unser Ferienhaus befindt sich in der Steinstraße 12 im Ortskern gegenüber startet der Wanderweg zur Burg Landeck. Von Landau kommend bis zur Hauptkreuzung in Zentrum fahren (Eisdiele zur Linken). An der Kreuzung rechts abbiegen. Nach ca. 150 Metern erreichen Sie unser Haus.
Der Check-In ist ab 15h möglich. Da das Haus relativ groß ist und wir es wirklich sauber haben möchten, benötigt die Endreinigung durch unsere Profis wirklich diese Zeit.
Am Objekt angekommen, findet ihr vor dem Hoftor (rechts neben dem Haus) links unten eine Schlüsselbox. Den Code erhalten Sie kurz vor Anreise.
