The Holiday cottage

On the outskirts of the town of Arzachena - Costa Smeralda, within the same property where the owners live, it is available a gorgeous half-timbered cottage provided with every comfort. Ideal for 2 people, the interior consists of a single room, living room that can be converted into a bedroom in a blink of an eye thanks to a comfortable sofa bed with hard mattress, also suitable for people that “aren't as slim as they used to be”.

The room is equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, desk and chair, TV and air conditioning (a silent inverter Daikin). Separated by a door there is a fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas stoves with safety devices, electric oven, sink and shelves. All of the necessary kitchenware to prepare, cook, and serve your food are there. There is a shared washing machine.

The cottage has an lovely ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. There is a comfortable veranda with table and chairs where you can either relax or prepare delicious dinners, cooked on the adjacent BBQ.

Ruhig, sauber, gemütlich. Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück. Die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer leben in ca. 100m Entfernung, Sichtsperre durch Pflanzen. Haus modern und bestens ausgestattet. Bad modern und gepflegt. Garten sehr gepflegt. Nahezu britisch. ;-) Straße weit genug entfernt, kaum zu hören. Dennoch ist man zu Fuß in 15min in der Stadt. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Wir waren mitte September für acht Tage in dieser kleinen Blockhütte und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir wurden von Angelica und Albano sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Ausstattung ist völlig in Ordnung und alles war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Besonders das Badezimmer ist für sardische Verhältnisse sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Wir würden hier sofort wieder einen Urlaub verbringen und können somit eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder....

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem herrlichen Garten und die Gastgeber sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor gesichert. Auf dem Gelände wohnen auch die Vermieter und bieten noch zwei weitere größere Häuschen an. Durch die Gestaltung des Gartens fühlt man sich jedoch fast allein. Ein Mietwagen oder Roller ist zu empfehlen, da es etwas außerhalb von Arzachena liegt und sonst die Strände nicht erreicht werden können. Das Haus ist sauber und Bad und Küche funktionieren einwandfrei und sind neuwertig. Die Klimaanlage kühlt in wenigen Minuten das Zimmer herunter und die Schlafcouch war auch sehr bequem. Abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das zirpen der Grillen zu genießen, war einfach toll. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit! Vielen Dank!

Wir waren Ende Mai 2014 zwei Wochen auf Sardinien in dem überschaulichen Ort Arzachena. Unsere Unterkunft bei der Familie M. haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die kleine, aber mit Charme eingerichtete, Holzhütte lud zum Ausspannen und Abschalten ein. Arzachena ist eine günstiger Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der wirklich tollen Insel. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings notwendig. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus auf dem gut gesicherten Grundstück.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt, der Abwicklung für die Unterkunft und können Sardinien nur empfehlen. Die Vielfältigkeit kultureller und vor allem vegetativer Art sind überwältigend.
