House is situated in a quiet location which allows relaxed and unconcerned spend your holiday. Nearby are restaurants, a large shopping center Konzum, bakery, post office, childrens playground, cafe, farmacy, bus station.
Paradise Beach is about 300 meters. By car you are there for 5 minutes and 10 minutes on foot.
There are two ferrys that you can take to come to Lopar, one is from Valbiska that is on island Krk, and the other one is at Stinica. From Valbiska you will come directly to Lopar, Stinica-Mišnjak is 14 km from Lopar.

Cancellation policy for Laura Apartment
If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged (we will return your deposit)
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show we will keep deposit.
Guest should respect house rules of the accommodation units. We have a right to ask the guest, upon arrival in the accommodation unit, a deposit as insurance for eventual damage that might occur during the stay in apartment. We are not responsible for the damaged, lost or stolen luggage or any valuables kept in the apartment. Guest is obligated to report complaint upon occurrence and kindly asked to cooperate with us with intention to eliminate causes of the problem. If the problem is not resolved on the spot, guest is obligated to submit a written complaint to us within 8 days after departure. We are obligated to respond to complaint within 14 days. The highest compensation per complaint can reach the amount of the complaint portion of the service.
