The Holiday apartment

Located in the cultural triangle Pisa-Florence-Siena, our holiday home is an ideal starting point for visiting the larger and smaller cultural cities and sights in Tuscany.
Apartment 1 offers a large living room with dining area and well equipped open kitchen, furnished for 6 guests, Wi-Fi, TV Sat, radio CD and fireplace, beautiful natural stone vaulted ceilings. Two bedrooms, of which

Holiday destination Tuscany, Chianti

The holiday home (semi-detached house) is surrounded by vineyards near the wine town of Montespertoli and the Colli Fiorentini wine road. To the country house in Tuscany belong 2 ha of vineyard and an olive grove.

Its panoramic view offers a view into a gentle moving landscape. In the child-friendly garden is a well-kept swimming pool (6x12m) in a panoramic position with Liegewiese and a large panorama terrace on which you can relax.

Motorway Milan - Bologna - Florence (exit toll station Florence-Scandicci).

Continue on Superstrada Florence-Pisa-Livorno towards Pisa until exit Ginestra / Fiorentina.

Continue towards Montespertoli-Certaldo.

  • Down payment: 30% of the rental price with booking
  • Final payment: 6 weeks prior to arrival
  • Deposit: €200.-
  • Departure day: on agreement - earliest arrival time: 5:00 pm
  • Departure: not later than 9:00 am

Terms of cancellation

The following terms apply to a definite reservation:
- The booking begins with the booking.
- 30% of the rental price is to be paid upon receipt of the rental confirmation = reservation.
- The balance of the rent is to be paid 42 days before the start of the stay.
- In the case of a short-term booking of 42 days or less, the entire rental amount has to be paid immediately after receipt of the rental confirmation = reservation.
Cancellation insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. Many drivers are in possession of a protection letter including travel cancellation insurance.
Rescission:
If the tenant withdraws from the contract, the cancellation charges are calculated as follows:
Deposit, less than 42 days before rental, the total rental price. The former tenant has the possibility to offer an equivalent substitute tenant and has to indemnify him. The substitute tenant requires the consent of the landlord.

Die Ferienwohnung und insbesondere die schöne Terrasse und der Poolbereich haben unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Alles war sehr gepflegt, der Pool wurde täglich vom Vermieter gereinigt, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Wenn man absolute Ruhe genießen möchte, ist diese Ferienwohnung perfekt!

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Infomaterial und Stadtpläne der Umgebung sind vorhanden. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Städtetouren in der Toskana. Sehr guter Tipp zum Parken der Vermieter in Florenz: Vialle Galileo Galilei, Kirche San Miniato al Monte. Sehr gute Tipps für Pizzeria und Osteria in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Wir waren mit der Familie nach 2016 zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die hochwertige Ausstattung der Wohnungen (wir waren schon in zwei verschiedenen), vor allem aber die herrliche Lage des Hauses, umgeben nur von Olivenbäumen und Weinstöcken, haben uns überzeugt. Es fühlt sich an wie im Bilderbuch, zudem ist es total ruhig. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine schöne Terrasse mit Pergola, man findet immer auch ein schattiges Plätzchen. Zudem gibt es einen Pool für heiße Tage. Sehr nette deutschsprachige Vermieter, die bei allen Fragen oder Problemen gerne helfen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge etwa nach Florenz, San Gimignano oder Siena, man braucht lediglich ein Auto. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort - herzlichen Dank für alles!

Waren schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung im Urlaub. Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat eine super Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat viele schöne Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen in der Nähe. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!
