1. Please note that Traum-Ferienwohnungen is a mediation platform to connect hosts and vacationers. Bookings are done directly with the hosts. The hosts are the contracting party of the booking.

2. If you have any questions regarding a booking or inquiry, please contact the host directly. You can find the contact details in the exposé.

3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

4. We have collected the most important sources of the Corona virus and possible travel restrictions. The information (in German) is constantly updated by the competent authorities.

eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist, wird die Anzahlung
einbehalten und es sind die folgenden anteiligen Mieten als Entschädigung zu
entrichten:
Bei Kündigung
bis 90 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises
bis 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 55 % des Mietprteises
bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 75 % des Mietpreises
ab 29 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 100 % des Mietpreises
Bei Nichtanreise ohne Kündigung 100 % des Mietpreises

Der Vermieter ist bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.
Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden des Vermieters
nachweisen.
Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, so bleibt er zur Zahlung des
vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet.
Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich
ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter.
Bei Stornierung vor Mietbeginn wird in jedem Fall eine Bearbeitungsgebühr
von 100 € fällig, welche ggfs. mit der Anzahlung verrechnet wird.
Es wird dringend empfohlen eine Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung
abzuschließen.

Toller, ruhiger und enspannter Urlaub, in einem schönen Haus.

Zuerst einmal ein "Dankeschön" an das Mallorcareise-Team. Unkomplizierter E-Mail oder auch telefonischer Kontakt, ohne lange Wartezeiten. Top!!!
Das Haus ist ein schönes Dorfhaus, toll renoviert, sehr gut eingerichtet und alles sauber. Man hat im Haus alles was man braucht. Der kleine Innenhof mit kleinem Pool, Grill und überdachten, schattigen Essbereich laden zum relaxen ein. Auch die neu angelegte Sonnenterasse mit Sonnensegel ist toll und läd zum verweilen ein. Stühle und Sonnenliegen sind reichlich vorhanden.
Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter Mensch, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und hat uns noch auf das tolle Dorffest hingewiesen.
Rundum ein toller entspannter Urlaub.

Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht und auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, es gibt eine sehr schöne, Größe Sonnenterasse über dem Haus, welche über eine Treppe ( kindersicher ) über den Garten zu erreichen ist. Schön um Sonnen und relaxen.

es freut uns sehr das Ihnen unser Ferienhaus gefallen hat. Die Sonnenterrasse ist neu dieses Jahr, davon müssen wir noch Fotos machen und diese nachher in die Beschreibung einfügen, das wird natürlich baldmöglichst gemacht :).

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 18 Monaten alten Kind in diesem Ferienhaus. Es gibt nichts zu meckern! Alles sehr sauber und wohnlich eingerichtet. Gabriel, der Vermieter, ist wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Aber auch die Vermittlung war toll. Das Dorf Ariany ist sehr idyllisch und man bekommt alles vor Ort was man braucht
Aber auch die tollen Strände und größeren Städte sind mit dem Auto in 15 Min. problemlos zu erreichen.
Alles in allem ist es sehr zu empfehlen!
