On the roof top level of the house, there is 1 12m2 terrace with 2 loungers were you can sunbathe. As a whole, there are 4 sunbeds on the property and privacy is considered partial.
In the inviting interior of this property you can relax in the air-conditioned living room watching satellite TV, reading a book or just enjoying the tranquility of the environment. The property’s dining room is the ideal place to share unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is open to the dining room and it has everything you need to cook your best dishes, including gas stove. The laundry area is independent and you can find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board in it. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 on the GF and 2 on 1st F. In the GF’s room there is 1 bunk bed, and in the 1stF’s 2 rooms there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms of the 1st F feature air conditioning and closets. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub located in the 1st F, and 1 washroom on the GF. If needed, you have access to 1 crib for younger children, and air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 1stF’s bedrooms.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

The location of this home is perfect because in this area you have everything you might need during your vacation. Every 15 min. the bus passes by to go to Port of Alcudia (downtown area), the town of Alcudia, Puerto Pollença and other directions as Picafort. The area surrounding the property invites you to spend the day at the beach, lying in the sand, cooling off in the sea or taking a long walk on the beach, which is only 100m from the property. In the Port of Alcudia there are restaurants of all kinds. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcudia and the town becomes a bustling, lively place. Besides visiting the port, do not forget to visit the ancient Roman ruins, where you can see the beautiful amphitheater. Some other must-see places that we suggest are the Cala San Vicente and the town of Pollença, where you can admire the stunning views of the town from the Calvari and its main square.
