3. If you would like to change your booking because you are not able to travel now, please contact your host directly as well. You both can clarify how to deal with this special situation.

The district Spadici is about 1000 meters from the center of Porec. The sea and the beaches are only ca. 100-800 m of this district.

The area is ideal for families and want to enjoy all the sea and the beautiful shady coves. The beaches are mostly sandy and rocky and equipped with changing rooms, showers, playgrounds and sports activities.

Serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age. We are at your disposal for all information or help during your stay in the holiday home on the phone 00385 52 433635.

Wir waren schon des öfteren in Porec und 2019 haben wir uns für das Appartment Milokanovic No.1 entschieden. Wir sind total begeistert von der Lage und dem Preis! Günstig und leistbar als Familie mit Kind und Hund.
Sie erreichen von der Unterkunft aus zu Fuß den Strand, die Stadt, einen Einkaufsmarkt, Bäcker, Trafik usw.
Man muss zwar einen Fußweg zurück legen um direkt nach Porec in die Altstadt zukommen, was aber mit Hund genau richtig ist. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Zug, der Fußgänger gegen eine kleine Gebühr mitnimmt.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett! Immer bemüht und immer erreichbar!
Die Unterkunft ist zwar etwas älter eingerichtet, was aber kein Minuspunkt sein soll!! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis TOP!!!!!
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! :-)
