Die Villa Casa Vista war ein Ort des Wohlbefindens für uns. Das Haus, das Grundstück und die Lage waren ein Traum. Wir haben dort vom 15. Juni bis zum 2. Juli 2024 mit vier Erwachsenen übernachtet. Alles war perfekt für uns. Das Haus war vollständig möbliert und hatte alle Küchenutensilien, die man benötigen könnte. Die Sonnenliegen am Pool mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen waren fantastisch. Schöne Grillstelle, ausreichend sehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, fantastisch! Insektenschutzgitter an jedem Fenster, sodass man die Fenster Tag und Nacht offen lassen konnte – fantastisch. Vom Empfang bis zur Übergabe bei der Abreise war die Agentur "Happy in the Sun" stets ansprechbar und sofort zur Stelle. Die Tür zur Immobilie war zu Beginn klemmt, aber es war nicht allzu schlimm, der Handwerker hat es behoben... spanische Zeitmanagement � Alles hat mit der Zahlung und der Kaution geklappt, und die Kaution wurde pünktlich zurückerstattet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Perfekt! Vielen Dank an das Team von Happy in the Sun �

4 traumhafte, entspannte Monate haben wir im letzten Winter im Ferienhaus Buena Vista verbracht. Das Haus ist großzügig, wohnlich und hell und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Wir haben den wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen geliebt. Toll ist auch die große Aussenküche, Pool und Gartensauna. Das Auto war gut und sicher im Carport auf dem rundum abgeschlossenem Grundstück untergestellt. Der kleine, hübsche Ort ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und hat einige gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wanderwege in die Segaria waren praktisch vor der Tür und auch der richtig tolle Strand ist in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Der nächste Urlaub ist bereits gebucht.
