Cancellation policy
If traveler wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the traveler will be refunded as follows:
Only the amount paid minus cancelation fee (25% of the total amount) can be refunded.
If the total amount is paid, then:
- 75% of the total amount if cancelled up to 60 days prior to the check-in date.
- 50% of the total amount if cancelled up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.
- 0% of the total amount if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date.
If only the 25% of the total amount is paid as a down payment, then traveler will receive no refund.
The cancelation fee of 25% of the total amount is equal to the down payment.
We highly recommend all renters obtaining an insurance called: "Cancel-For-Any-Reason travel insurance.” This is to protect yourself against unexpected occurrences. If you sign this contract, you accept fully the responsibility for the cancelation costs.
