Cancellation policy

The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price, if you cancel from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price, if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price, from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price. In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged. The processing fee for a cancellation is 52.00 Euros.

Equally unforgettable will be the sunsets as well as the evening view of the sea of lights from Costa Adeje and Las Americas. The Costa Adeje golf course is only about a 3 - 5 minute drive away.

Getting there

Restaurants and cafes are about a 1-minute walk away, as is a small supermarket. The large supermarket is about 2-5 minutes by car, and the sandy beach of Las Americas is about 5 minutes by car. The Costa Adeje golf courses can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the South Airport in about 25 minutes by car, and the North Airport in about 95 minutes by car.
