Cancellation policy
Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated. Please inform us in plenty of time.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 1 day prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival, in case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

The Ahrntal Valley, part of the Kronplatz holiday region, offers a wide range of hiking and climbing tours and, with more than 60 peaks over 3,000 meters, boasts breathtaking panoramic views.
Rafting, horse trekking, paragliding, countless cycling routes, adrenaline ziplining, golf, mini golf, two summer mountain lifts, a summer toboggan run, climbing park, and much more ensure endless outdoor fun.
With over 150 kilometers of slopes across three ski areas — Klausberg and Speikboden just 3 and 5 km away, and Kronplatz 20 km away — ski and snowboard enthusiasts will find everything they could wish for.
Getting there
South of the Brenner Pass, leave the motorway after approximately 37 km at the Pustertal exit in the direction of Bruneck. After about 26 km you will reach the small shopping town of Bruneck.
At the roundabout before Bruneck, turn left into the Ahrntal Valley. After approximately 21 km you will arrive in Luttach. Our house is located at the end of the village – look for the sign on the right-hand side of the main road.

Das Appartement ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, absolut sauber und sehr geschmackvoll zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet! Besonders zu erwähnen ist der tolle, riesige Balkon, einfach perfekt zum sonnen. Was ein klitzekleines Manko für uns war, dass das Geschirr "nur" für 4 Personen ausgelegt ist, aber eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist, da wäre es schön gewesen, mehr Teller, Gläser zu haben, da man ja etwas "sammelt", bis der Spüler angestellt wird.
Ansonsten alles einfach nur schön!!!!

Wir sind froh, dass wir unseren ersten Aufenthalt im Ahrntal im Erlhof verbringen konnten. Die geschmackvoll eingerichteten und (2017) noch nagelneuen Apprtements lassen, wenn man nicht wirklich richtig kochen will, eigentlich kaum Wünsche offen. Für größere Kochmanöver ist das Equipment aber nicht ausreichend. Durch schlechte Erfahrungen vorsichtig geworden, und weil man sich auch vor Ort noch nachträglich zum Essen anmelden konnte, haben wir die Unterkunft ohne Verpflegung gebucht. Ein schwerer Fehler, wie wir im Nachhinein feststellen mussten, denn der Sohn des Hauses kocht wirklich ganz ausgezeichnet. Leider bestand die Möglichkeit für uns mangels HP-Buchungen nur kurz, dann wurde der Küchenbetrieb eingestellt. Wir haben das sehr bedauert. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis hier absolut.
