Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation of the rental contract, the landlord will retain the following amounts in compensation: From the date the rental contract is entered into. Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price. Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price. Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price. Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. The landlord will not reimburse any money if the tenant decides to leave of their own free will before the agreed rental period has come to an end.

There are lots of activities for you and your kids to enjoy in the surrounding area. Nevertheless, holidaymakers looking for a bit of peace and quiet will also find everything they need here. Our farmyard lies 200 metres away. You're very welcome to visit us and stock up on our produce (eggs, vegetables, cheese, yoghurt, cider, apple juice).

Wir haben entspannende Ruhe in der Normandie gesucht und mit dem Ferienhaus Lorbeere ein tolles Domizil auf dem Lande gefunden, wo sich Stille mitten in der Natur umsetzen ließ. Die gute Ausstattung machte es leicht, nicht jeden Tag mit Aktivitäten zu verplanen sondern einfach mal Haus, Terrasse und Garten zu genießen. Tatsächlich gibt es nichts, was wir vermisst hätten.

Ein tolles Haus mit großem Garten, sehr ruhiger und schöner Umgebung, eigener Boulebahn und sehr netten Gastgebern! Perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub mit Hund, der mit einer Woche dort leider viel zu kurz war. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und alle möchten gerne wiederkommen - zumal es auch noch viel zu entdecken gibt.
