FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY
1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost.
2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home.
3) If for the reasons stated in Articles 1) and 2) you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked
REMARK:
• The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above.
• Although the cancellation conditions listed in this policy apply to most of our holiday homes, it does not apply to everyone because some holiday homeowners offer stricter or more flexible policies.
• At your request, our agents will notify you of the cancellation policy for each house you are interested in.
• If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020, and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply.

Villa Maja is located in Krilo Jesenice, an old part of the village, 4 km up the road from the coast. The nearest town Omiš is only 11 kilometers away. Omiš represents an amazing combination of mountains, Cetina river 11km, Adriatic sea, glorious history, and friendly people. We recommend visiting medieval fortresses Mirabela and Fortica which offer a unique view of Omis. If you prefer adrenalin sports there is a range of options: free climbing, rafting, zip line, kite windsurfing, and many others. On the other hand, you can take a bit of rest and enjoy local specialties in one of the taverns, or you can visit Radmanove mlinice in Cetina canyon and have a meal in a relaxing atmosphere listening to the sound of the river.
Besides amazing nature and a range of activities offered, Omis is famous because of its history. If you have a chance, visit the Pirate battle performance and Festival of Dalmatian Klapa (traditional a capella singing). Nearly the whole coast consists of pebbly beaches, while the part from Dugi Rat to Omiš is covered with sandy ones. Famous town Split is only (19km) 20min drive away and offers great historical attractions.
The barbecue and the covered terrace with their stylish, comfortable furniture are perfect for an outdoor dinner during the warm Mediterranean evenings.
In the night, you can admire the glittering lights, a sign of the life of the Dalmatian Riviera, of their retired (but not isolated) refuge, absent from the worries of everyday life.
The nearest beach and grocery store are less than a 10-minute drive away.

from Split toward Omiš you will pass Stobreč, Podstrana, Suhi potok - Jesenice and then Jesenice (Sumpetar) so when you are in Jesenice Sumpetar you will see this small, old church on your left side (sea is on right side) and just after church and mini-market Studenac (20m after) you need to turn left up the mountain, just drive up the road you will be driving on street named Sikirica and then PUT SVETOG ROKA, you just follow the road up the street and after approximately 3 km you will get to the church where you need to turn right on the curve and continue straight until the end approximately 1km, then Villa Maja will be up on your left and there you have 3 parking places

40% of the total booking price if canceled 48 hours after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% of the total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date
100% of the total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying the Booking deposit (owner makes full refund)
