The check-in and check-out in July and August is on Saturday. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. Tourist tax: € 2.20 per person per night (not included) from May 1 until October 31. The area of Santa Margalida, with its central position, is a perfect location, as it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by people of the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the real Mallorca. Even so, you will find there everything you may need during your vacations; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. In only 15 minutes driving you will get to Ses Casetes dels Capellans Ca'n Picafort. Spend a fantastic day at the wonderful sandy beach or take a delicious cocktail watching the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants, where you can taste a typical paella with amazing sea views. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is a lively area in contrast to the, very quiet, Playa de Muro. Nearby, there are also the areas of the Port of Alcudia and Pollensa.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Bereits bei der Ankunft im September zeigte sich, dass das Haus viele Mängel aufweist. Das größte Problem war die Überschwemmung des Hauses durch ausgetretenes Abwasser. Der Vermieter beschuldigte uns, zu viel Toilettenpapier verwendet zu haben, weigerte sich jedoch, die Überschwemmung zu beseitigen und stellte nur einen Mopp zur Verfügung. Wir mussten die Reinigung selbst durchführen, ohne Reinigungsmittel. Das Haus war insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand: Keine Klimaanlage, verschmutzter Pool, Ameisen, alte Geräte, unangenehme Gerüche und schlechte Betten. Unser Urlaub war belastend und enttäuschend, und die Unterkunft absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ideal Property Mallorca und der Vermieter sind nicht hilfsbereit gewesen!
