Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates (cancels) the contract before arrival, without naming a substitute who can take over the contract at the same conditions, the following rates are to be paid minus the saved expenses, if the property cannot be re-rented:
Cancellation
* up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
* up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
* up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 90% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.

Getting there
By car via the A7 to the Eckernförde exit, then to Kappeln. Turn onto the B199 and turn left at the industrial park (Knutzen furniture store) and continue to the roundabout. Then follow the signs to Wittkiel or Sterup and cross through the village of Wittkiel. After the exit sign for the village turn left in the curve into the Wittkeilhofstrasse. After about 100 m you'll drive left into the driveway (veterinary practice).

We (my husband and I) live on a farm with a veterinary practice. We are joined by two horses and a cat. Because our children moved out long ago, we have been renting an apartment to holiday guests for more than 10 years.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber, ruhig und prima ausgestattet. Sie ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar und hat einen tollen Blick in den Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Wir lieben die Gegend um Kappeln und freuen uns immer wieder dort zu sein. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um alles Sehenswerte zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Familie Vierling ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Familie, man hat seine Ruhe und kann wunderbar ausspannen. Alles wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen
