Holiday destination
The estate "Cascine Crema" is nestled among meadows and forests in a beautiful, quiet location with a view of the mountains. It is part of the municipality of Cortemilia (2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, etc.), but is located about 6 km above and only 2 km away from Bergolo (stone houses), the smallest municipality in the province of Cuneo.
The pool and pool house with a summer kitchen, table football, and bread baking house are surrounded by two large lavender fields and a meadow with about 400 fruit trees, from which guests are welcome to help themselves.

By car, approximately 2 hours from Milan and 60 minutes from Savona (sea). Detailed directions will be provided after booking.

Host informationMy parents have renovated and furnished both Cascine Crema and Casa Pasqualin in Piedmont with great dedication and expertise. Since 2016, I have been living back in Switzerland and earning my way through university with a part-time job at VIAVAI dolce far niente AG, through which my family's holiday homes and other properties in Piedmont are marketed and managed.

Wir haben in der Villa San Carlo im Rahmen eines Unterkunftspakets mit einer selbstgeführten Wandertour in Piemont übernachtet. Was für eine wunderbare Überraschung. Carlo war einladend und informativ und fragte uns, ob wir an diesem Abend an einem Bankett teilnehmen möchten. Was wir nicht wussten, ist, dass er ein weltweit renommierter Koch ist. Wir hatten spezielle diätetische Anforderungen, und Carlo bereitete ein besonderes Bankett mit gedruckten, personalisierten Menüs für uns vor. Es war großartig. Das Personal war aufmerksam und kompetent. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, und der Pool war groß, warm und in einer herrlichen Gartenumgebung gelegen. Wir lieben die Villa San Carlo.
