Quiet location at the village border of Erpfendorf / Kitzbühel Alps. Only a few metres to a grocery store and to the skibus. Beautiful hikes starting directly from the house.
"Wilder Kaiser" mountain range a few minutes away. Extensive ski areas "Steinplatte" and "St Johann" 7 / 15 minutes away. The three world-famous ski areas Kitzbühel, Brixen / Wilder Kaiser, Fieberbrunn / Saalbach Hinterglemm are reachable in around 20 minutes. 4* hotel for half-board in the direct neighborhood. Spa treatment in the chalet upon request..
Getting there
Arriving from Germany, behind Munich, in the direction of Salzburg / Innsbruck, at Inntaldreieck A93 in the direction of Innsbruck, exit Niederndorf (directly before the border from Germany to Austria), in the direction of Kössen, in Kössen to Erpfendorf, in Erpfendorf to the centre (church). At the church left, after 150 metres you will see the Bergwiesenhof on the right.

Host information20 years ago, we - the Schubert family from Düsseldorf - dreamed of an old farmhouse in the Kitzbühel Alps / Wilder Kaiser. In 2015, we had accidentally discovered this farmhouse, built in 1899.
The reconstruction work took almost 2 years - now, we are happy to share our dream with guests. You can rent the Bergwiesenhof via our agency Alpenchalets Resorts, Kurfürstenstraße 34, Munich - Mr. Felix Wolf.
Our dear neighbours, the Mayr family, will look after you on-site.

Wir haben den Bergwiesenhof nun schon zum zweiten Mal besucht und waren beide Male begeistert!
Das Haus bietet eine Menge Platz und Komfort. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet.
In der Küche fehlt es einem an Nichts und die Bäder sind ebenso so schön und komfortabel eingerichtet.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Alles in Allem ein sehr tolles Chalet! Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Der Bergwiesenhof hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebevoll und gleichzeitig funktionell eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr großzügig gestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer und die Sauna waren definitiv das Highlight des Urlaubs. Hier kann man wunderbar (am Kamin) zusammensitzen und den Tag ausklingen lassen bzw. sich entspannen. Die Küche bietet die Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Kochabende, es gibt sogar einen Entsafter.
Natürlich haben wir auch das Haus verlassen. Die Lage eignet sich im Winter perfekt zum Skifahren. Mehrere tolle Skigebiete sind schnell zu erreichen, aber wahrscheinlich ist es im Sommer mindestens genauso schön.
Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen können!
