The house is located in a very calm area, however there is only a walk of about 5 minutes to the center and its pedestrian zone. Next to spa gardens and congress centre, railway station and the Zugspitz-railway station, ice stadium, Alpspitz-wave pool, tennis court indoor and outdoor, cable cars and ski lifts. Hiking trails, biking trails and crosscountry skiing trails nearby.

Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit Südbalkon, sauber, zentral, ruhig. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz am Haus, die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Raum neben der Garage unterstellen. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung, Schlafzimmer mit Verdunkelungsrolladen, Fernbedienung und Regensensor, großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Kleiderbügeln, geräumiger Wohnbereich mit grandiosen Bergblicken durch die Giebelverglasung, Badewanne mit klappbarem Spritzschutz, sehr gute Duschtücher etc., Kleine aber gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, ansprechendes und passendes Kaffee- und Speiseservice, geräumige Diele mit Garderobe und Schuhschrank, breiter und langer Balkon mit Mobiliar und genügend Platz zum Essen.
Ruhiges Haus durch Teppichböden, die allesamt hell und sehr sauber sind.
Absolut empfehlenswerte Fewo in ruhiger Lage und kurzen Wege ins Zentrum und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Fenneberg, Bäcker, Lidl)
