Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Wir waren 4 Wochen auf Lanzarote und Fuerteventura in 6 Appartments unterwegs, Torre 1 war einfach das Beste, die außergewöhnliche tolle Ausstattung, diese tolle Lage, auf der Terrasse hat man auch Schattenbereiche, 2 tolle Bäder und 2 Schlafzimmer. 10 -30 m bis zum Meer, je nach Wasserstand.
Und jetzt das Beste, wir haben für nächstes Jahr 14 Tage gebucht.

Ich kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen!
Mega schöne Unterkunft zu einem tollen Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem sind 5 Sterne eigentlich zu wenig..
Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen .
