This holiday apartment is located near the centre of Garmisch in a new house. On 111 square meter you find enough place for 4 persons! It has its own subterranean parking lot, which offers an elevator to the 1st floor.
After entering the holiday apartment, you will recognize what's special about it. Modern art meets tradition. The huge living room offers an open kitchen and a separate dining area!
Enjoy the beautiful mountain view in summer and in winter, or relax in front of the chimney! Both is possible. The big windows offer a lot of light inside, and if you like to take a nap or keep the sun away, the holiday apartment has electrical roller blinds. Don't be afraid of cold feet, the holiday apartment has under floor heating everywhere!
The modern kitchen has everything you need. Make yourself a coffee with the "Delonghi" machine or on the traditional way with the regular filter machine. "Cara" has 2 bedrooms. Both contain a big double bed and a closet, alarm, radio and full body mirrors. In one of the bedrooms is a safe and an additional TV.
There are 2 bathrooms. One is connected to the bedroom, the other one is separate. They both got towel dryer and walk-in showers. Additional to the regular shower head, the one which is connected to the bathroom, offers a rain shower head.
When the sun comes up you can spend your time at the surrounding balcony, which can be entered from the living room and both bedrooms! A big parasol brings the shadow in summer.

The holiday apartment is located near the center of Garmisch. In about 10 minute walk you get to the Marienplatz with all its sestaurants and bars, and also the beginning of the pedestrian area. The mountain view from the balcony is beautiful!
Your flat is ready from 3 p.m. on the arrival day.
Please give us a call 30 minutes before you arrive. The hand over of the keys will be at "Brandstraße 27" in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in our office. We welcome you between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please give us a notice early enough. In this case won't meet you personally, but we will place the key for you.
