You´re be only 2 miles away from "Zollverein" with an excellent junction to local traffic. 5 Minutes to the underground station "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Park" from where you can reach the Central Station, Essen trade fair and the "Gruga" .
The station "Altenessen-Bahnhof" is only 1 underground stop away (approx. 15 min.). From there you can travel to Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen or Duisburg.
10 minutes to go to the Shopping Center with shops, banking houses and restaurants.
Getting there
Adress: Romanski, Rodemannstraße 12, 45326 Essen
by car: leave highway A42 on motorway junction "Essen-Nord" on B224 heading to Essen-City. After 1.33 miles (near "Mr.Wash") turn left to "Schonnefeldstr." After 450 yards turn left to Rodemannstr. No.12 is on the right side of the road.
by tube: U11 or U17 to station "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Park". Exit "Schonnefeldstr.". Follow the street approx. 300 yards and turn right to "Rodemannstr.". After 140 yards more you will reach the house Rodemannstr. 12 on the right side.

Wir sind absolut zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unterstützen bei Planungen. Die Wohnung hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung und es fehlt an nichts. Es war ruhig und wir fühlten uns super wohl. Können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Fanden auch die Lage der Wohnung perfekt.

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Tage zu Gast und zum ersten Mal im Ruhrgebiet unterwegs. Eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung mit super freundlichen Vemietern. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es fehlte nichts. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet direkt an einer kleinen Parkanlage. Trotzdem total verkehrsgünstig gelegen (U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Autobahn auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt) Für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Weltkulturerbe Zollverein oder in die Innenstadt, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen . Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad in die Umgebung ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
