Wir hatten zwei Tage lang kein Warmwasser und konnten daher die Sauna nicht benutzen. Bei unserer Ankunft erhielten wir Unterlagen mit Telefonnummern. Wir mussten sechsmal anrufen, bis endlich ein Techniker statt der Rezeptionistin kam.
Als wir nun eine Entschädigung verlangten, wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten eine von Belvilla bereitgestellte SOS-Nummer anrufen sollen, um eine Entschädigung zu fordern, und nicht die Nummer eines Untervermieters. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Nummer, die ich beim Check-in erhalten habe, korrekt ist.
Außerdem verkaufte uns der Untervermieter ein Set Bettwäsche für je 12,50 €. Es stellte sich heraus, dass diese bereits im Ferienhaus war. Wir bekamen sie auch nicht zurück.
Nie wieder, schlechter Service.
