Schönes Haus, geräumiges Wohnzimmer.
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche, WC, Badezimmer sowie ein und zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Isolierung ist nicht vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer heizen sich bei der geringsten Sonneneinstrahlung sofort auf. Mitte April wurden nachts 24 Grad in den Schlafzimmern gemessen. Auch die Schalldämmung ist mangelhaft. Das ganze Haus knarrt, wenn nachts jemand die Toilette benutzt.
Das Untergeschoss ist wie ein Keller, mit Temperaturen um die 13 Grad.
Schönes Haus, aber sehr unpraktisch.
