Mit einem Wort; schrecklich. Schmutzig, feucht, Schimmel im Badezimmer, das versprochene Baumhaus war nicht mehr da. Die Matratzen waren wirklich zu dreckig. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Als wir früher abreisen wollten und ich erklärte, dass es unserer Meinung nach zu feucht sei und Schimmel im Haus sei, beschimpfte mich der Schlüsselverwalter als Lügner. Sie warf mir vor, dass ich wegen des schlechten Wetters abreisen wollte und dass sie mir das auf keinen Fall erstatten würden.
Belvilla konnte angeblich (trotz der zugesandten Fotos) nichts für mich tun, da wir früher abgereist sind. Der Besitzer bestritt alles.
