Das Haus entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung/den Fotos auf der Belvilla-Website. Viele Mängel (kaputte Tür, Lampen, Fenster, verstopfter Küchenabfluss usw.) und es war überhaupt nicht aufgeräumt. In den Ecken war noch viel Dreck von den Vorgängern und überall Spinnweben. Wir haben vor ein paar Tagen eine E-Mail zu diesem Thema verschickt, aber noch keine Antwort erhalten. Nicht von Belvilla und nicht von der Kontaktperson.

Tolle Lage, großer Garten, großer Pool, nette Ansprechpartnerin und für uns super passender Grundriss des Hauses. Leider war das Haus bei Ankunft nicht gut sauber (Scherben unter der Couch, Haare im Bad). Die angekündigten Handtücher waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden (auf den Zimmern nur große oder nur kleine Handtücher). Auch zwei Trockentücher waren für den Aufenthalt bei Weitem nicht ausreichend. Insgesamt war das Haus schon sehr verwohnt (Laminat ging auseinander, Gartenmöbel teilweise kaputt). Es gab keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel.
