Wir hatten für eine große Gruppe ein komplettes Ferienhaus gebucht und per E-Mail über Belvilla bestätigt, dass wir das gesamte Ferienhaus zur Verfügung hatten: Erdgeschoss, 1. und 2. Etage. Allerdings stellte sich vor Ort im Gespräch mit dem Hauseigentümer heraus, dass wir nur den Gepäckboden und die 1. Etage nutzen konnten. Ich habe Belvilla diesbezüglich kontaktiert, und Martin hat festgestellt, dass dies wahr ist, aber Sie konnten dies auf der Website von Belvilla nicht sehen???? Sind Sie mit einer großen Gruppe dort und haben nicht genügend Platz? Ja, Sie könnten gegen eine Gebühr die 2. Etage bekommen. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation und Werbung von Belvilla.
