Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Paula. Es war ein geräumiges und sauberes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Es gab jede Menge zusätzliche Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien usw. Der Garten ist wunderschön, und es war toll, dass wir einen Grill benutzen konnten! Unsere Gastgeberin Marlene war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat sogar selbst nachgesehen, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das Haus verfügt zwar über Ausstattung für Kleinkinder (Kinderbett, Hochstuhl), die übrige Einrichtung ist jedoch nicht wirklich kinderfreundlich (kein Treppengitter, zusätzliche Stufen im Flur, Tisch mit Ecken usw.). Für uns kein Problem, aber gut zu wissen.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist ruhig, aber etwas weiter entfernt gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen. Die Kugelbahn in Zilshausen ist für Leute mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen!
Nach unserem Aufenthalt hatte ich eine Frage an Belvilla, aber leider war der Kundenservice nicht sehr gut. Es war schwierig herauszufinden, wo ich meine Frage stellen sollte, und der Live-Agent (Chatbot?) war nicht sehr hilfreich. Es ist eine Schande, einen schönen Urlaub mit solchen Frustrationen zu beenden.
