Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Wir haben kürzlich über Belvilla eine 10-tägige Ferienwohnung für 100 € pro Nacht gebucht. Leider müssen wir feststellen, dass die Unterkunft in einigen wichtigen Punkten nicht den Angaben im Vorfeld und den in der Beschreibung geweckten Erwartungen entspricht.
Vor der Buchung hatte mein Partner uns telefonisch kontaktiert und gezielt nachgefragt, ob sich die Unterkunft im ersten Stock mit Balkon und Garten befindet. Uns wurde versichert, dass dies der Fall sei, auch weil unser Hund gehbehindert ist und nicht gut Treppen steigen kann. Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir jedoch Folgendes fest:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Es gibt weder einen Balkon noch einen Garten.
Wir müssen einen Durchgang durch den privaten Bereich des Gastgebers benutzen, was unter anderem bedeutet, dass wir durch sein Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer gehen müssen.
Die Küche ist so niedrig und die Decke so schräg, dass mein Partner beim Kochen kaum aufrecht stehen kann.
Die Bettdecke ist unten eingerissen, riecht muffig und fühlt sich sehr synthetisch an. Wir möchten betonen, dass der Gastgeber freundlich war und uns zuvorkommend behandelt hat. Unsere Beschwerde betrifft insbesondere die bereitgestellte Unterkunft und deren unverhältnismäßige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die im Vorfeld bereitgestellten Informationen.
