Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. Should you withdraw from the rental agreement without having found someone else to rent the property during this period, you will have to pay for the economic damage. Expenses saved will be deducted, and the cancellation fee is calculated proportionally and as follows if no other tenant can be found for this period:
Cancellation:
- up to 49 days prior to the start of the rental period: 20% of the rate (including the deposit)
- up to 28 days prior to the start of the rental period: 50% of the rate
- up to 14 days prior to the start of the rental period: 90% of the rate
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.

Wir haben in der Zeit vom 13.06.-27.06.2026 einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Schwarzwald verlebt. Viel dazu beigetragen hat die Auswahl der Fewo Osterhage in Lenzkirch. Es war ein echter Glücksgriff. Lage, stilvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung, angenehme Kühle bei hohen Außentemperaturen und und....... ! Alles top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es passte einfach alles. Von der Ansprechpartnerin Frau Raufer wurden wir nett und herzlich begrüßt. Man hat sich auf Anhieb verstanden. Die ganze Abwicklung der Vermietung klappte super und unkompliziert. Wir können die Fewo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hoffen, dass wir im nächsten Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub dort genießen dürfen. Verdiente 5 Sterne. Peter und Karin aus Meppen

Wir wurden von Frau Raufer sehr herzlich empfangen, sie hat uns alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das schöne Wohn- Esszimmer haben wir gar nicht so viel genutzt, das Wetter war einfach zu schön und wir haben den Balkon mit der Aussicht auf das Rathaus genossen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut, sehr hochwertig. Es hat an Garnichts gefehlt. Wenn es uns wieder in den Schwarzwald zieht kommen wir gerne wieder. Wir wünschen Ihne eine Gute Zeit und bleiben Sie gesund
